How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3pm ship the same day. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email.
What if my dog doesn't like it?
You have 30 days to return any set in its original condition for a full refund — no awkward questions asked.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is fully encrypted.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our own warehouse, so there are no long overseas waits or surprise customs fees.
